I know Len and have already sent him an email on this subject. No reply yet. In the past (eight or ten years ago) he told me that he has zero experience with the 1574-A. He had used the the final 1574 variant. I think it was the 1574-D. On the other hand, the D does use the same power supply as the ...

Has anyone on this forum modified a Presto 8 overhead to support a Westrex head? Or has anyone seen the results of such a mod? I think the mods would be straight forward enough. The overhead would have to be raised 2 or 3 inches and an RA-1323 Recorder Holder mounted on the carriage. The 8D overhead...

I have found Gib to unreliable and unprofessional. He agrees to deadlines, then ignores them. He won't return calls. And his tradecraft is mediocre.
