Vertical tracking force guage with Presto 6N?

Hi all
Just wondering if a Vertical Tracking force gauge is necessary to cut with diamonds and Presto 6N 1C/D cutterhead.
Is crucial?

Chip Chaser for Presto 6N and PVC cutting

Hi all Have a quick question. I'll start cutting with Diamond and Shank blanks and I'd like to know if this chip chaser will be a good idea to add to my Presto 6N and a vacuum tube. Will have both. This will make any difference? Do you recommend using both or just the vacuum? I didn't tried yet beca...

How did you cleaned your plate? Looks really nice.

I notice most of the old Presto's have a discolor, oxidize, corrode plate,...

Tried with a few metal polish but that didn't work.
Any tips?
