it’s pretty much impossible to do that without using the traditional way of of making picture disc’s (clear record, very thin pice of paper, thin sheet of vinyl)

that seems like that would be a total monopoly if it’s widely accessible. Especially if it’s relatively cheap.

Myshank.com is a great option for blanks.
and there’s no way to melt PVC without professional equipment and you definitely should not try, that’s a question i use to have too.

Sillitoe Audio Technology is making what appears to be a nice looking unit. https://www.sillitoeaudiotechnology.com/ I'm not sure if all of their pre-orders are filled yet or not. They appear to be researching a metal cutting option too. Good Luck! that could be a serious game changer. Hope it does...
