Something that has helped us recently has been increasing the pre heat and trap time. increasing the preheat to blow out all of the condensed and chilling water from the molds leaving only steam. we're also having some issue with smt stitching, have checked a ton of things i.e. hydraulic pressure, bolster plates being tight, new molds, old molds, mold temp, heating time and cooling time, water temp, water header pressure; stitching is moving around from side to side and random placement.. go...

Agreed, no paper from labels, hasn't been on the floor and has gone directly into the garbage pail for collection. It's good to go.

Why separate? We granulate flash and use straight into the hopper or blend with virgin. No issues
