I believe the yarn one is done by placing warmed pellets on the stamper itself and then layering the yarn, and then another layer of clear pellets. All pellets have to be warmed tho!!

Echo is likely from the grooves kissing. Increase groove distance or lower disc volume!

Yeah I've cut with PETG.

It's probably the closest thing that I can find.

You can have PETG made like Souri Black Sandwhiches.

I have had great results with PETG.

Poly Carbonate however, sounds great, but wears out your stylus so fast.

Glad you found a solution. If you rack up all of your units, a ground loop is created. I'm not sure why Souri doesn't isolate the power better, but it is what it is. My Solution was to unrack each unit. They now free stand and have rubber feet so no metal is touching from unit to unit, thus killing ...
