Thanks so much for the info JHC. I called Apollo about the stylus that seemed like it might have arrived damaged, and they immediately sent me a new one and asked me to mail them the old one no charge. It was in my hands within a day and it cut great. My hair is beginning to grow back and everything.

I find I have to reset the angle of the needle very often, almost every cut.
