Re: For sale: complete Vinyl plant with more then 20 Items

So the boiler could handle a few more toolex presses yes?

Just need to find a deal on a few more presses and the price does not look so high when consider all the other gear is there

Zuma pitch computer

For sale.
Zuma pitch computer for Neumann VMS66/VMS70

Has been my backup and never needed.
Comes with a manual.
Will need to be calibrated to your system. When I replace my current Zuma with this one it never finishes calibrating to the lathe. The final 'beep' never comes.

Re: Ebay: Neumann VMS70

I sold them this system in 2009. It came with Ortofon cutting amps originally and out of Germany.
Yes I also thought it was listed on eBay and sold in the past.

There is no reason not to trust them. They have quite the arsenal of gear.

Re: Ebay: Neumann VMS70

the only lathe piece i see missing is the chip jar. you should put new vacuum hoses/tubes on by default so that should not be a game changer. a new chip jar can be made or found.

Your local metal scrap dealer is the place to go. Expect them to cut open the lacquers to see what is under the coating. They always take them though.

oh lacquers too

but it is not like there are 1000s of Neumanns.....value would go back to the 30k region if industry slows down

Re: Ebay: Neumann VMS70

The VMS70 looks complete to me with the exception of the head and amp rack. Sorry to say Trolls but it could sell for the asking-20k would make it a winner for me. I honestly feel the 2014 market for a complete VMS70 is 40-60k. The business is thriving..as long as the youth do not get tired of not g...

Re: Ebay : Transcription Lathes + Old Neumann Heads

Without schematics these are a tough decision. The R12B non-feedback head is not that great. Would need to turn this into two individual cutting lathes. they would be cool but require some time and parts--and headaches depending rust and replacement bearings/parts etc Too high asking for me so my in...

Re: Vinyl recording gear WANTED

Someone could throw 100k at me and my VMS70 stays here. Been through too much in a short time to start with another even if at a fraction of the price.
