Looking for someone to master some tracks for vinyl

I'm looking for someone to master some tracks in preparation to go to vinyl. I only have access to the tracks that were previously mastered for CD.

Thanks

Compensation for a reissue?

Hey, So I've always wanted to start a label that does reissues of older recordings and I finally decided to make the plunge. I picked a recording and managed to find the copyright holders and get everyone on board. In the past I've done a few vinyl pressings for bands that were active and playing sh...

Best price for a no frills pressing?

I know its been discussed on the board before, but its been awhile, so I wanted to see which current pressing plants offers the best deals for a no frills record pressing? Just 12" records, no packaging, white labels, and white sleeves.

Thanks

Re: Follow my progress.

I made these book molds a while ago . Those looks rad. How have they tested out? Are they heated using separate platens like the Emory Cook press, or is it more like a traditional press using a water pump? This is getting me hyped on Emory Cook again, I really need to get back on this project... -T...

Re: Follow my progress.

I'm still doing lots of experimenting with it, but its been on hold for a few months. I've got a solid 4 column press and some heated platens I fabricated. I've made a bunch of stuff, detroyed a lot of stamps, and am still slowly getting there. You can see some of the stuff that was featured in an a...

Re: First Test of My DIY Record Press

I had some semi-successfully results with it. I drew up some more ambitious plans, but haven't gotten back to it yet. I'm still at it though, I'm doing some experimenting with vacuum chambers and silicon molds this weekend.

Re: Stereo cutting head project enclosure $45!

They are called leaf springs. They serve two primary functions. First, think of them as guides for the movement of the torque tube. The tube should only be moving along paths that are at 45 degrees off of vertical. I.e., they help to insure that the tube is only moving on angled paths. Second, they...

Re: Stereo cutting head project enclosure $45!

Opcode/Fela, thanks for the pictures. This explains a lot. I'm still trying to fully understand the mechanical workings of the Neumann head. I believe I have a basic understanding, and I'm assuming the 'torque' of the mechanicsm is supplied by the piano wire extension behind the stylus holder. In my...
