Bob Morrison Disk Recording 1930-1960

This is where record cutters raise questions about cutting, and trade wisdom and experiment results. We love Scully, Neumann, Presto, & Rek-O-Kut lathes and Wilcox-Gay Recordios (among others). We are excited by the various modern pro and semi-pro systems, too, in production and development. We use strange, extinct disc-based dictation machines. And other stuff, too.

I'm a little late to the party, but did anything ever come of the search for the copyright? I'd love a copy of this book for a research paper I'm working on in grad school. Thanks!

Copyright was never an issue, it is owned by Pat Morrison, Bob's widow, who has authorized in-full, and benefits exclusively from, sales of the CD-ROM-based PDF of Bob's book. It is still very much available for $17, including domestic mailing, $15 of which goes directly to Pat. PM me for further payment details if interested.
