NASHVILLE!

This is where record cutters raise questions about cutting, and trade wisdom and experiment results. We love Scully, Neumann, Presto, & Rek-O-Kut lathes and Wilcox-Gay Recordios (among others). We are excited by the various modern pro and semi-pro systems, too, in production and development. We use strange, extinct disc-based dictation machines. And other stuff, too.

Hey Music City,
I'll be there on Aug 26-27 chasing the ghost of Kristofferson's wild years... I'd love to hang with any of you! Especially if you work at any studios that Willie, Waylon, Johnny, George, Kris, or Merle recorded in, and can show me around. Message me your number here and let me buy you a Stroh's.
