Installing new stylus on vinylrecorder

This is where record cutters raise questions about cutting, and trade wisdom and experiment results. We love Scully, Neumann, Presto, & Rek-O-Kut lathes and Wilcox-Gay Recordios (among others). We are excited by the various modern pro and semi-pro systems, too, in production and development. We use strange, extinct disc-based dictation machines. And other stuff, too.

The producer of there stylus is Sonitools, India.
Yes I know him very well, this guy Malay, make synthetic diamonds but can't do stylus for cutting... No knowledge about that and only failed with test. He kept this article because I'm in touch with him and knows I can do some if he gets some requests. We talk together every weeks.

I can have them made. With burnishing facets. But, no one would pay the price. Since I'm not also selling a lot of lacquers to offset the subsidizing of styli, They would cost closer to what it actually costs to produce them which is more than you pay for a new one from Apollo.

Yes, you pay less to Apollo for a stylus than it costs to make.
