Any lathe trolls in Berlin, Germany cutting DIY/lo-fi?

This is where record cutters raise questions about cutting, and trade wisdom and experiment results. We love Scully, Neumann, Presto, & Rek-O-Kut lathes and Wilcox-Gay Recordios (among others). We are excited by the various modern pro and semi-pro systems, too, in production and development. We use strange, extinct disc-based dictation machines. And other stuff, too.

Dear trolls,

I'm looking to meet others locally (in real life) who have succeeded at cutting onto polycarbonate discs with a DIY or low cost setup which has a "good" sound quality.

Are there any of you in berlin, germany?

Hi i'm new to the forum.

I live in Halle (Saale) near Leipzig.
Sometimes i drive up to berlin or cottbus.

I build my own record lathe in january 2016.
I used an old DUAL 604 direct driven turntable.
The other components are self-made!

Here are some pic's:

I tried to cut some stuff with the use of a diamand-stylus -
but i got "better" sound and groove by embossing on CD's with a needle.
Here is a video of the best recording i did so far:
Hopefully i will have more time in the future, to experiment more, to get better results.
