gold lexan???????

what colors does lexan/makrolon/polycarb come in
i have this client thats asking for gold, i cant even get black locally so feel like this is just not happening

It comes in black white and clear.

You could get gold silkscreen ink and do a one sided disc.

Or you could choose whichever colour you wanted and do a picture disc.

i have seen records cut on mirrored acrylic i may try this

For the acrylic you have to use cutting needles... like sapphires or diamonds. And you won’t get many cuts out of them. It will CHEW up your needles.

10-4 ill try to convince them to do a one sided picture disc with a gold metallic sticker

Before you pitch that to them (or any weird thing that you haven't done en masse) be sure to protoype it... I'm not totally sure you will get the effect they want with a sticker on the back... but I'm interested to see what it looks like.

yeah im not sure the effect would be stellar being that the adhesive is a layer

I did a clear record with screenprinted gold metallic ink on the bside, came out great and exactly how they wanted.
worth pitching that!
