Hope everyone is fine here!I am currently operating a manufacturer for classic gramophone for over 15 years. And I would like to get into the vinyl pressing filed and want to open a new workshop to make it, approximately 5K per day.
Is any friend who knows about it:
1. What kind of machine(Name or Model #) I need to purchase to make a complete line? And the whole project how much will that be?
2. Which machine brand is better to start? As I know most of them are second-hand, is there any new machine coming out? Or sendhand models are workable too?
3. How many people I should hire to begin? Besides the machine operator, what kind of other staff I must have?
And where I can search the basic steps for the whole procedure to make the vinyl?
