Hi there!
We at MY45 have set up a brandnew galvanic bath for preplating.
Everything works as it should, but I am not sure, if the distance between
nickel balls (anode) and silvered laquer (cathode) is correct.
I have noticed, that sulfamate is like a resistor, if the silver lacquer (cathode) is more
away from the anode, the resistance is higher, so more voltage is needed to reach the wanted
amperage.
In our 7" rocking bath, the distance is approx. 16cm, in our new rotating bath, the distance is only a few centimeters.
Any suggestions here?
Thank you very much!
