Hydraulic System
Hello,
I am looking for information. What would be the best hydraulic solution for 1-2 Toolex 12" automatic presses?
Best.

Re: Hydraulic System
You might need to specify which version of the press do you have - single pressure or double pressure?
Do you have instruction manual and drawings?

Re: Hydraulic System
We have double pressure press and some two pumps old hydraulic unit, but it makes oil quite hot. I need to replace pumps, but maybe would be better to rebuild all system that would not running all time, only pressure is needed. Is someone had experience and could share?

Hello Ragnar!
IMHO the best way is, to contact your local hydraulic supplier for help & service,
they are mostly very experienced and will supply you with all needed parts etc.
This will cost some euros, but at the end of the day, you have something good.
good luck!

Re: Hydraulic System
sent you message. I have brand new system we had built to test 12 inch presses we were restoring.. will run 4 to 6 presses. includes full tank of brand new oil, hundreds of pounds worth of hoses and valves. its ready to plug and play
Re: Hydraulic System
you will normally always need a hydraulic oil cooler, because the oil is
always under full pressure, when the cooling cycle is active...
there are systems with water or air available...
good luck!
