Just curious,what materials do plants use for cleaning metal parts? Thanks!

The traditional lo-tech method is to put the matrice on the turntable of the rinse sink and brush it with a soap solution using a camel hair brush.
The hi-tech method as used by the CD industry is to use a cathodic electro-chemical process to clean the nickel part which is connected to the negative pole (cathode) of a current source and is then immersed in a chemical solution for 30 seconds. Hydrogen bubbles form on the surface of the matrice which supports the chemical cleansing of the matrice. None of the current equipment vendors supply such a device.
