Hello again everybody,
Ill spare you the complete company history but a little background. Our company is as an offshoot from making the diamond styli used in the RCA video disk player made back in the 70's. Since then we've been making very high precision diamond tooling used for cutting optics...think lenses that fly real fast and run into other stuff.
I learned last year that there is a need for somebody to make and resharpen cutting styli. Ive been working on that as time allowed, and now have worked out a reliable process for resharpening styli.
I can resharpen styli both with wiper facets and without. Im still working on making new ones but need to figure out the correct diamond crystal orientation and a good way to glue the diamonds into the holders.
I am located in Indianapolis Indiana.

Re: (USA) Diamond Styli resharpening
Good work! Very much needed I would imagine.
FWIW styluses are usually re-mounted in a new shank every time they are re-sharpened so glueing would need to be figured out for a sharpening service (that is if it is to compete like-for-like with existing services).
