Hi, please help me, if you can. I use the Vinylrecorder T-560, but I still have a problem with succion on begin of records. They cant get the fibers. Its better with smaller formats, but sometimes also fiber broken and its again a bad! :x
Do you have some tips for it? Where is the problem? In angles of stylus or its weight? I use the Vacuum suction 220V 3A with separate motor cooling from Souri, but I hope its not problem with it.
Thank you a lot!!

this is a delicate process, I've had issues come and go, and some days it's great some days I can't get one side cut.
I wish there was a cut and dry "this is your issue", but with chip pickup and cutting plastic, it's not that easy.

Things to look out for:
-positioning of the torque tube, height and distance from stylus
-vacuum suction at the stylus area
-heat of the blank, specifically uniform throughout
-dry/wetness of the blank while cutting
-the first needle drop speed/pressure
-chip jar full?

the list goes on
