I haven't found a continuous source of black Polycarbonate in the US either.
it seems some companies have it in either twice the thickness I need, or it's twice the cost I want to pay.

I would make some to sell but I see people want different sizes and colors.
That means I need to keep a large inventory.

My plastic distro always has it. I can easily get sheets. But, having them cut and shipped oversees would be very costly. The shipping itself plus the customs charge on the other end would make supplying oversees clients with black blanks a bit too costly for those who want them.

Who is your supplier opcode, if you don't mind sharing this information? I too have been searching heavily for a supplier of non-clear polycarbonate to no avail at all.
I have found suppliers online, but at nearly 6 times the price I pay for my clear sheets locally.

Cope Plastics in Minnesota carries it.. but it's not cheap. I've bought from them before.
