Has anyone tried machining off the grooves on old 78s that have unwanted songs, and using them as blanks? I know it would depend on the material used in the record.Or could you leave the groove and erase the info, then re-record?I have boxes of old records tha are junk, and access to a large metal lathe.
older is better
