How many kg per hour does it do Andy
It is easier for people when they know steam delivery qty
It should be on the plate
As a rule about 2.2-2.5 kg of steam is required per 12" record according to mould brand and material ie stainless steel moulds due to Lower heat transfer characteristics would require more steam as against carbon steel which has better heat transfer qualities there fore less steam
Mould insulation also makes a difference
On SMT and Leneds there is a 1/2 inch Bakelite insulating member under the moulds
Not on an Alpha so heat losses are greater there fore more steam required I
Any way this may help some one make a decision
Cheers
Chris
