The discs are made out of a specialised PETG plastic, perfect for diamond cutting and embossing. They are 2mm thickness and have a protective layer on both sides.

We can also offer artwork engraved discs, with the artwork on one side making it a single sided cuttable disc with artwork showing through the transparent disc.

Here's an example of a recent centre label engraving. Choosing an engraving for the centre label leaves both the A + B side clear for cutting. Alternatively we could do a larger engraving on the B side, leaving just the A side for cutting!
