Irie!
You should try to get a Donkey Call (now called Vibraslap). I recently got about 100+ reggae 45's and some LPs & started doing private reggae sound system parties; a donkey call makes Everything more fun

Hey motorino! this is great!
I don't know how much experience do you have with recording dubs on the festivals but I can tell you about mine (I didn't record but I was near) from Rototom Sunsplash (Italy)... if you do it after the concert... well... you'll neen a lot of blanks. usually the guys get a little drunk before the show and a little bit more after the show. usually they make one dub in more than one take. but Burro, mr.Vegas and Bitty are pros though... GOOD LUCK!
...oh! is there any english version for this festival? I don't speak spanish
p.s.: I heard some rumours about Rototom moving to Spain... see you there maybe

Hi friends!
Has been an unforgettable experience, and exhausting
Imagine having to explain the machine to many people, one after another... but happy! I believe that 99% dont know how a disk its made... very important point
16 dub plates were sold to 7 am just to the artists... for the next 50 dubs are the right number, or more
Some problems with chip removal in 2 12" ref lites old ones, age? No problems with the rest, some transco 10" dubs, apollo 12" dubs and 10" masters
Other problems with the PA sound, some feedbacks but my limiter works very good, i use 630 ma fast fuse for the grampian and dont replace
I need a little rest, I will edit the video and upload it, there is a photo, we had to mount the lathe below the stage, complete absence of vibration of the sub
Cheers!

(Even if the backup singers didn't have monitor speakers to hear themselves )
