What type of moulds do you need? Which press are they for?

You can buy moulds from www.recordproducts.com in the USA. They make two-piece and book type moulds so whatever the type
of press you make, they have something to suit.

There are also two makers of two-piece moulds in Europe. Maybe someone has their details.

Is your press going to be automatic or manual?

Well Mike,
probably one of the two you were mentioning it's us: we make our own moulds, pins and bushes.
Toolex pins and bushes are available to anyone, just write me a PM if interested. The quality and duration are excellent, the bushes are not collapsing at all, and the pins are quite lasting as well. After having grinded them (we have an old Colchester metal lathe - ex CGD Italy) we take them to harden and we then we finish them. We can make pins and bushes for Alpha Toolex, TCS, Lened. The steel is always the same, only the shapes and lengths are changing. (Leneds have a loooooong pin!)
As for moulds, it takes a lot of time to manufacture them. We used two pieces moulds for years and we manufactured a couple sets recently, but (Andi knows that) even if steady and affordable, they are a bit slow. And I don't feel like offering them at the moment.
But pins & bushes = no problem.
Cheers
