I gather it is all in Portuguese no idea about the article. Apart from Google translation but the pictures tell a story.

No doubt they get there.
They will certainly fill a need there since imports are hit with around 40% duty.

This looks like the other consortium who bought seven of these.
Our man here only bought one.
Not a good layout of machines but obviously tight for space. Good luck to them.
