anybody knows, how this is made?

Once you have cut a master laquer, you have metal stampers created and have records pressed from them. Discuss manufacturing here. (Record Matrix Electroforming- Plating, Vinyl Record Pressing.)

I’ve made some similar ones... but none exactly like that. My guess is that it was an opaque blue puck, rolled in clear vinyl pellets, pressed once, opened, sprinkled with dark blue pellets, and pressed again. As far I know, that is the only way to get the roundish dots, because otherwise they spread outwards and elongate with the puck.

Sure... on a fully manual press... Palomino do it all the time. You have to watch for no fill, but if you preheat the pellets, it can be done.

Wait... you pressed that record and the customer doesn’t like it??? People pay Wax Mage good money as an upgrade for that kind of thing.
