I recently changed professions and am now a pool and spa repair tech. In the course of my work I've found a pretty good replacement. the housing seal off a pentair challenger pump is really close. it's not as wide but two of them will fit in the groove side by side.

hope this helps someone.
Also while you're at the pool store, get a tube of aladdin magic lube for lubing the spindle and gears. works better than petroleum jelly.

That's awesome! I actually looked at something similar back when I had my K10 but never got around to emailing about the specifications on the size. I sort of miss the K10 but my 6N should make up for it once I get it up and running.

correction, it's the housing seal off a Jandy FloPro pump, not a Challenger.

correction again. my first post was correct. It is the seal from a pentair Challenger that works. It must be the OEM part and not the Aladdin go-kit part though. pentair p/n 355329
