Can anyone identify this Presto Lathe model?

This is where record cutters raise questions about cutting, and trade wisdom and experiment results. We love Scully, Neumann, Presto, & Rek-O-Kut lathes and Wilcox-Gay Recordios (among others). We are excited by the various modern pro and semi-pro systems, too, in production and development. We use strange, extinct disc-based dictation machines. And other stuff, too.

Hello,

Can anyone tell me the model number of this Presto Lathe and the feedscrew, can the gear come off or is that the entire piece?
It seems like the gear does not come off but I am far from a genius.

From the pictures from Alan Graves's site, http://www.prestohistory.com/Presto1.html , it looks like an overhead from Presto's first stationary lathe.

The model A looks close but your's has a different cover on the worm gear like the stationary one. They might be interchangeable.

From the way your video shows, the gear is is permanent on the feed screw or a very tight press fit. I wouldn't try to remove it unless someone can chime in that you can.

Good luck
