Can you please clarify, is this a fully working cutting system? As in turn key operation? Or is it just a lathe?

Its seems to be just the lathe body. No suspension. Not sure if a platter comes with. No cutterhead. No amps.

The AM32b is what comes with a VMS70. Thus the name.

Has this become a reality yet, or is it still in the prototype stages? I couldn't find any videos of this machine performing.

I had a small update from Flo.
He is making some small progress on the suspension unit.
He says things are slow with this project at the moment.
I am sure when he finds time he will update us all here.

Best
