Who can help me with my VR T560 cutterhead?

Anything goes! Inventors! Artists! Cutting edge solutions to old problems. But also non-commercial usage of record cutting. Cost- effective, cost-ineffective, nutso, brilliant, terribly fabulous and sometimes fabulously terrible ideas.

hey Aaron,

have make this con with filmstripe 0,2mm.
the measurement is...
22mm on ground to 1,2mm and 25mm hight,
have these glued with 2k UHU and pocketed.
then subsequently immersed him in black paint.
Allow to dry for 12 hours and then glued to the membrane.

we ,you need to quickly dispel the myths about Souri cutter head, yes? do you agree with that? for $ 11k, you can buy 10,000 speakers, the rest aluminum costs $ 10 per 1000 grams  :)

hey,..

This is no longer a secret.
has since Mark unlocked the mystery, it has long been publicly here.
The technique is old behind it.
That you can read if you have internet ..hihi
I actually only made it to the user or people who handle the VR as secondhand purchased to help to repair these.
it has been found that I once rebuilt a head to see how this works, particularly the channel separation was interesting.
I such a result have now achieved, has totally blew me away.
will tinker with the head still and make these with proper feedback.
We will see!

two heads are many a, want to invest even in 20, 50 different sets of speakers, it would be good if they get speakers from SIEMENS, SIEMENS produces tweeters for exclusive cars Mercedes, but these speakers is the Mercedes badge, the Speakers diamonds 8)

Good thread! I also experienced this exact same problem earlier last year....Souri head blew on one side for no reason, then while trying to troubleshoot the other side went to 1ohm!
Are the original Souri tweeters 4ohm?

Hey Scott! Can upload a high quality recording or video of a cut from the redcar tweeters?

So it seems like the stylus holder is the last piece of the puzzle. For that I'd think you'd need a tapered reamer. Has anyone done anything else?
