Stains

Once you have cut a master laquer, you have metal stampers created and have records pressed from them. Discuss manufacturing here. (Record Matrix Electroforming- Plating, Vinyl Record Pressing.)

Lacquers are boxed spotless with washers and rubber edge on them. shipped with fedex within few days arrive in china and then have these stains on them....

Already happened a few times so I need to figure out wth is going on....any ideas?

In the Cargo hold and not air conditioned.
Minus whatever degrees than back to ambient. They will bleed castor oil therefore stains, crappy looking stampers
Best.

Since there is no way you or anyone else for that matter, able to control it, I suggest you tell the people who you send them to to let them soak in a warm bath for quite a while before they do anything to them
A little bit of the cleaning agent they normally use should be added to the warm water preferably on a fiddle with continuous agitation face up of course and no more than 35-38 degrees max temperature
They need to be there for a while like 15-30 minutes or until the water gets down to ambient, it is not a guaranty but it will most likely eliminate the issue in most cases.
They should do that as a precaution any way
After that they can proceed with the normal steps of lacquer preparation
Best
