Neumann AM32 Oil Leak

Hi team - I have a small leak from under the lathe which is coming from under the main pot and bearing assembly. I have disconnected the shaft connecting the underside of the suspension pot to the Lyrec motor for a closer look. There is a grub screw holding the top assembly that the shaft connects to, to the underside of the main suspension pot (note the platters are removed and the heavy oil drained ready for refill). The grub screw is in a very difficult spot to get to (I have an offset screwdriver but even this is difficult to access). I may have used a number of expletives at this stage.

Questions: Is there are seal or washer in there that has failed and needs replacing? Do I need to unscrew that grub to get the suspension pot out? (I think so as it is all I can see holding the sub assembly together) Can you recommend any other courses of action to prevent the small leak?

Any help my friends would be greatly appreciated - and a Happy and Prosperous New Year to all.
