Hello.
How can I record music directly from my smartphone onto a PVC/polysterene directly at home?
Which device does this?

Thank you for clues.

It depends what lathe your are using. For example: on the presto lathes you have a RCA jack, or a quarter inch jack. You could get a 3.5 inch to quarter inch adapter etc. to hook it up. In some cases you might need some amplification. Again, it all depends on what lathe your using. I very strongly do NOT recommend using your phone, MP3 player etc. for anything other than tests, as it defeats the purpose. If you don't have a lathe at home, and you want to do this for cheap (>$3000) I recommend building your own, or if this is a one time thing, use a lathe cutting service.
