Nothing out of the ordinary here. Cutters are used to high shipping costs. :D

Larry is totally & completely handling sales of the books, I'm just helping notify people that it's finished. Obviously he's trying to walk the tightrope between higher production costs for smaller orders, vs. ordering too many and not even breaking even on costs...

I know he has At Least 25 more copies currently. But, also, he's asked me to help by emailing everyone on the list of current mastering & pressing facilities about the book being ready / for sale, so that could be a significant number of copies sold soon...
