Price seems to of shot up from what he quoted me last year. Sure they’re still worth the money though.

Aren’t they a bit big and heavy also which could cause an issue on some set ups?

No they are not silk dome! Plenty of photos on here of original tweeters to prove this plus I’ve seen them myself personally.

Maybe you’ve found silk dome that work ok but they are nothing like original.

So has the apocalypse landed or what? I can’t see any quality laquers being made elsewhere overnight. Apollo were in the market for decades and even they sometime’s struggled to keep the quality consistent. Any word of a serious new manufacturer who’s willing to invest a ton of money at the moment?
