Hey trolls I have a Grampian feedback cutting head - type D and i would like to recondition it - i have the original manual, which i will scan and upload to the repository if there is not already copy. Wherein it refers to some items and materials that Im hoping someone with some insight can suggest...

the motor is certainly different.

there was a similar model avail on ebay recently. again quite different. pic attached

No sorry my guess is 40-50's - i know from the emi laquers preserved with the lathe that it was used for recording the horse racing back in the day - i presume they would take the discs and replay them on radio...
