The Secret Society of Lathe Trolls

I (stupidly) left the groove motor running unsupervised so it ran right to the end of its travel. Since then it seems to move less freely and I need to tighten the thumb screw more in order to stop it slipping. So I presume I have damaged the clutch bearing.

Does anyone have advice / instructions on the dis assembly of the overhead motor / worm drive for the T560? I'm having clutch issues and wondering whether to change the clutch bearing or just tighten the screw tighter. TIA.

Can anyone direct me to a supplier of 12 inch plain white card sleeves - with no centre cutout or slight cutout at the insertion point (where you put the record in)
