Horns never really use to matter unless the record jumped - usually they come off as soon as the stylus passes over them ....I always thought it was the plating that was the cause - not the master/laq...?

Just found out that my Old Toolex, which was a rickety old thing, made up of various bits and pieces we found at scrap merchants - but - perfectly serviceable , and it was runnig up untill 18 months ago - got weighed in as scrap some months ago, along with all the plumbing, boiler, etc that I had so...

Thought the majority of the coluored vinyls were coming in off the continent, not from the UK - they certainly always seemed to be sold by eastern european guy's at utrecht whenever I see them for sale. Even lving in England, I'd not heard of these guy's - but there were an awful lot for sale on eba...
