I am letting go my original AM32 (pre AM32B) controller with the original power supply, limiter and amplifier.

I don't need anymore as have upgraded to the Pitch 13 system.

Flat is good - no jagged edges - are you using talc to coat the tube before cutting? Also see Moss Boss' post on use of venturi.

And does it have inside - out and outside - in feed screws ?

If you bottomed out on the lacquer, you will have stuffed your diamond up - cut shallow to start or you will be spending up big on replacement styli.

See if you can get your hands on an original Numark TTX with torque control - very good unit for cutting plastic. I think Flo will be the winner when his AM44 comes out - not sure of his pricing but I know for sure it will come in lower for his turnkey lathe package than the prices out there for jus...

Is it in the same spot on the test and pressings? Have you sampled through a volume run?

It could be anywhere from cut to extrude/press.
