I will be able to get 6 boxes on 15 pack 7" discs,, only about 35% of those were badly damaged,,, 90% of the 10 were.

Are you cutting lacquer discs or some sort of acrylic? If lacquer discs you might want to read the very last sentence on the attached word doc Perfect Master Apollo.docx if it happens with acrylic & your cutter is adjusted properly then chances are the discs are warped If not then your cutting depth...
