Yep cut a silent groove with the cutting amp switched off, still get the same problem

So I have been having some issues lately. I have been getting noisy cuts after only x 10 cuts through the machine, lots of surface noise which has never happened before, does seem to be on one side each time and I cant seem to get to the bottom of it. When this happens, check to see if the drive nut is slipping. That nut is the only thing which connects the motor output shaft to the feed screw so it's vital that it works consistently. This may sound odd, but I've had more success with the drive nut turned the other way around. You could try taki...
