Re: Micro Pitting/Specks on Older Stamper Discs
Obviously Nickel is generally very corrosion resistant but perhaps with you guys being close-ish to the coast maybe some of that salty air is blowing up the hill and causing some issues..? We have never had any issues with our stampers here in Melbourne and we both get them from the same manufacture...

Sometimes the puck size changes a little bit depending on how the machine is running. We are running Warmtones so it might be a little dif...

Re: PVC Recycling
Hi everyone. I was wondering if you knew where I could find a 12" vinyl punch. We're opening up a pressing shop in Canada this summer and are equipping it with what we need. Do you have any brands to recommend? I've seen the P-50 Automatic Record Reclaimer Label Punch from RPA, but I'm wondering if...

The marks you're getting look more like they are coming from an issue with your pucks/compound... Are you pucks homogenous and do the...

Re: 12-inch Dinker/Label Punch
We had one custom made by a local company, its not automatic but it works with both trimmed and untrimmed records.

Record Products P-50 punch might be an option if they are still making them. We had one custom made by a local company, its not automatic but it works with both trimmed and untrimmed records.

Re: The dreaded dimples
Could be worth cleaning the back of the stamper with a scotch brite pad to remove any nubs if there are any. Check that the moulds are smooth, no damage or rusty spots. Otherwise its most likely dust between the stamper and the the mould. You need to be a bit more vigilant with cleaning, perhaps use...
