Hi Tyler
Are you using the same vacuum system for both VR's or an individual vac for both lathes?
For the swarf to bunch up like that, from the video looks like a poor suction issue
if your using individual vacs can you swap vacs and see if the issue remains?

Check the cutterhead wiring for continuity there could possibly be a loose wire on the right channel / check the male 3pin din connector / check the (R) female din socket Swap the speaker out connectors on the amp and if the left channel on the cutterhead intermittently drops out you know it’s the a...

Hi Mark, Soldering a capacitor will definatly fix the motor noise issue but I would not bother with this as the motor is incased in a thick aluminium tube and covered with silicon with little access. Also David could accidently damage something. I did too replace the German power plugs to Aussie plu...

Mark is correct, i have the same issue with my VR so i placed a (Hum Destroyer) Behringher HD400 Between the last RCA Cable that Outputs to the Amplifier, Whine noise was gone after a silent cut was done.
