Just got mine back! So good!

So everything is running as it should, but I think that things are not connecting the way that they should, due to the age of the rubber 33rpm disc or the height of motor. Should the disc be just touching the top of the shaft or the bottom also be touching the ridge of the motor? Any ideas? Any idea...

I just got an adjustable hole cutter for doing this, now I can do anywhere from 3"-12" blanks.

Has anyone ever used the speaker out on a K8 to power another head? Seems like there's a strong signal coming out, but I'm not sure if it would work. Thoughts?

So after having access to a 8DG that belonged to a friend, I finally bit the bullet and picked up this, since I've been lathe-less for over a year now. Embossing in to polycarb is what we were doing before, So I'll probably sick to that. Right now the head is getting the once over at the spa thanks ...
