Cutting room now open

I am officially taking work now. Already cut 3 12" releases this week with a workload of 4 more, 1 2x12, 2 indie rock LPs and 2 7" cuts.

website getting updated next week.
also offering vinyl pressing packages+dubs.

Al was a lot of help to me along with Chris Muth from Dangerous music while setting up my neumann.

Al also rebuilt my cutterhead quickly after i messed it up.

Back in business!
Aligned by music industry vet today. calibrated etc etc
cut something +5 no issues
head was getting at least 13db of feedback when tested thanks to al grundy

hire someone before plugging things in. I blew my head aligning the system myself with everything hooked up correctly(had help when i first setup).

you do not want to blow the sx74. thats another 5k

I plan to be comparable to the cutting options in Euro/UK and I am on the East Coast of NA. My first official cuts were done last week and for some very established dance labels(Abe Duque Records, Alphahouse,Thema NYC). Add that to the 50+ releases I have produced and the DJ gigs for over ten years ...

The setup costs for buying the MMS gear at the giveaway price is insane. not to mention learning the basics to press. boiler pressure and temp. the cooling tower etc etc even with cutting the learning curve is ....
