Has anybody tried this with the VR? Seeing as it uses a diamond stylus, I thought I would ask. More importantly: would you recommend trying this out? I'm specifically worried about swarf suction, I don't want it clogging or gumming up my vacuum tubes. Any advice or comments are appreciated! - Pablo ...

I'm also having some torque issues. Not so much that I can't cut, but I am having some minor flutter which is driving me insane. I don't want to compensate by removing weight because I don't want to lose intensity in the sound. Also, I'm using the Technics 1210mk2, which should have enough torque......

Shouldn't one reduce weight to compensate for less width on the blank?

Also, what are Souri's blanks made of? They're not vinyl, are they?
