when cutting pvc we tend to NOT heat the stylus heting at all. you will get an absolutely quiet groove just by heating up the blanks. however, it takes time to find out the exact temperature, cause humidty, batch of record, room temperature, condition of stylus are all paramters that have to be take...

The roadtrip to england to pick up our vms (amongst other stuff) in 2006, was a blast. i would drive anywhere myself to pick up a lathe...

check this: Nik has cut, as of today, around 7000 12inch dubs, which would look something like this:

changed the chip suction hose after more than 5 years or so....

where does alle the dirt come from? only cut 4000 dubs or so....

if its like the serato code , cutting is no problem. did this several times..
