yes you can cut glass and copper and gold well i think the glass its hardness is harder than copper and gold ..but it can be done... i have a vinylrecorder and so i use souris blanks wich are perfect for diomond i can cut about 180 records both sides ..well i can now before about 90/100 records and ...

this lathe looks like the one i was using when i was a fiter en turner back in the 80s 90s...i know from memory that we had 2 australian built lathes(nutal??must be) 5 german and 2 indian the indian ones were indian built but german design...

i have cut with presto and neumann and souri head sounds better..
mybe i was not experanced before but all sounds the same.....
and why kingston dont cut polycarbonate.... :)

wow... and stereo too.......
i did one but mono, and i poped the speaker outwards and glued a knitting needle to it...(bad sound)
is there a differance with magnet and speaker .are they just as good as each other...?....

someone on here must know the formula or were to get flexi poly clear or colour sheets then buy a ajustable curcler jig that will give you a center hole aswell...or go to a art shop they have clear poly sheets(dont know if they are sutible) .... or.... this may sound a bit crazy and expensive, ask s...

you have to buy there cutter before you get to use there thin 0.5mm flexis
and yes its worth it ....
but before with other cutters i used polycabortate 1mm pvc and it was too hard to cut on....

we did some cuts with peter about 10 years ago and the sound was ok (little humm) and the disks were of a hard polycarbonate ..
i have a souri vinylrecorder now and the blanks are the best i have ever used...soft and flexi even better than some pressed vinyl i got done...........
