Yes, I have seen bias noise on lacquers many times. It usually doesn't make it to the pressing, however. The undulations are so small they don't fill properly on the pressing and just disappear. I have cut several projects from DSD (SACD) and they have lots of noise shaping out to 50kHz in the recor...

Actually when feeding a square wave into the system the resulting groove looks like a triangle wave WITH inverse RIAA in the system. Try it.
